CERO (Climate and Economic Research in Organizations) is a concept developed in a doctoral thesis at KTH (M. Robért, 2007, Mobility Management and Climate Change Policies) to help organizations find economically sustainable strategies to reach climate goals for employee travels. CERO has been implemented in roughly 150 large companies and public organizations, and pretty much all of them are in line with the goals. The employee travel behavior and acceptance of alternative measures are optimized to achieve maximum support in the organization [1].

With the entrance of CSRD in Swedish law [2], a CERO analysis can be a tool for setting and reaching goals related to several standards in the ESRS.
